Just a snapshot of the day.......

 Ryan showed up this morning with some balloons that he had made for Miss. Noel!!!  I know she loved them and maybe she will use them one day when she flies in from the NP!!!!

 

 Our class is obsessed with Koo Koo Kangaroo......these are YouTube videos that are little dances that we use as brain breaks and transitions.  Today we danced to Making Rainbows!!!  They love it!!!!

 

 Izzy was so sweet and got Fenway a little care package together all by herself.....how cute is that!!!!

 

Speaking of Fenway he is doing much better!!!!!!  I know you wanted to see just how cute he is!!!!

Conner and Izzy Dip Dancing!!!!

Ok so this might be the funniest video of all time!!!!  Yesterday we were dancing to Christmas Music....some had partener and some did not, so if your child doesn't have a partner that is why it was an optional dance session haha!!!!  Conner and Izzy paired up and I think Conner has been watching Dancing with the Stars and Izzy of course just went right along for the THRILL!!!!!

Kwanza! Kwanza! Kwanza and a Sweet Get Well Card

 Miss. Noel is back and she is still a little under the weather after losing her magic, but she is doing much better.  She told the boys and girl that her magic would return today if everyone can stay on either blue or green!!!!!  Well I think that is a great idea!!!!!

 

Today we talked about the traditions of Kwanza!!!  We made the cutest Kwanza crafts that we now have hanging in our classroom!!!  TOO CUTE!!!!  We learned about what the candles mean and how many there are total!

Some of you that are my facebook friends know about what happened to my sweet baby Fenway yesterday!  He ate fish hook while I was at school and when I got home it was mangled in his poor lips and mouth.  He had to have surgery yestday and is doing much better today!!!  Carly made Fenway this week card!!!!  I just could help but post it!!!  Also, the first thing Nathan said to me this morning was how is Fenway!!!!  Isn't that so sweet!!! Made this teacher happy!!!

Ramadan!!!!

 Today a parent from Mrs. Stacker's class came and spoke to us about Ramadan and how it celebrated.  I even learned a thing or two about special tradition.  Everyone was a great listener!  I love when we do the right thing when we have special vistors in our school!!

 

Today Miss. Noel dropped in to see us, however someone touched her so she lost her magic.  She is going to have to fly to the North Pole hosiptal to see if she can be fixed.  I am seeing some bandaides in her future;)  I knew it would happen so I have been planning this....secretly I am glad that it happened haha!!!!!

Christmas in Mexico and a little FISHING!!!!

 Today we talked about Christmas in Mexico...aka Los Pasados!!  We walked to different classrooms asking if they had room for us at the party 2 classrooms told us that they couldn't let is come inside but finally Ms. Izard's class said that we could come inside.  They even gave us a treat!!!!!  

 

We invited Mrs. Stackers class into our room when they knocked on our door!!!!!! 

Miss. Noel is really making herself a home in our classroom.  This morning she went finish in Sooie Wilson's fish bowl!!!  That little stinker!!!!!

Just a Fabulous Friday!!!

 Apparently Miss. Noel likes Diet Dr. Pepper as much as I do!!!  She has been sipping on it all day!!!! 

 

Ava wrote me the sweetest note today and did I mention she did it all by herself it says:

"Dear Miss. Strom I love you because you teach us and you be nice to us and your my favorite teacher.  Love, Ava!!!  LOVE MY JOB!!!

Today we finished reading all of the Gingerbread books.  We haven't voted yet on which one is our favorite, but The Gingerbread Girl is by far my favorite!!!!  Did I mention that the girl outsmarted that old fox!!!  GIRL POWER HAHA!!!!!

St. Nicholas Day!!!!

 Today was St. Nicholas day so we put our shoes out in the hallway during nap and guess what when we woke up their was all kinds of candy in our shoes.......Land Sakes what a day!

 

 Miss. Noel was at it again with her silly self!!!!
