The Gingerbread Cowboy!!!!

Today we read this book!  It was really good!  The kids enjoyed that it instead of saying "run, run, as fast as you can" it said, " giddy up, giddy up.....

Sadly the Gingerbread Cowboy was eaten at the end of this version of the story!

It's beginning to look a lot like...............

You guessed it....It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!  You may have noticed that our cottage made a transformation to Christmas also!  We are having so much talking about Gingerbread Men!  So far we have read:

After we are done reading all the books we will vote on which one was our favorite!  We have also been comparing the different stories to see if they are the same/different!

Hoot of the week....MONISH!

Monish is our hoot this week!  He is 5 years old!  He loves to come to school and learn!  He has never had to move his light!  GO MONISH!!!!  He plays with everyone and has wonderful manners!  We love having Monish in our class!  He loves leading our line!!!!

Thanksgiving Feast......and GO HOGS GO!!!

We had a FANTASTIC FEAST!  We have so much to be thankful for!  One thing is that we are such a fun Little Hoot family and we have a WONDERFUL school that we learn in each day!  I am thankful for all these wonderful blessings!

Also, GO HOGS GO!!!!  We have a big game on Friday and I hope we WIN WIN WIN!!!!



Gobble till you Wobble!

Today we had lunch in our Turkey hats!  They were all so cute!  Tomorrow is our Thanksgiving Feast and we are so excited.  We will be featured at the Pilgrims!  Can't wait!

Yummy! Pumpkin Pies

A mom in another class came and made pumpkin pies for their class and she had some many extra that she made them for all the Pre-K classes what a treat!  Here is Morisyn eating one!

Riley brought her TeePee from home so we could use it this week!  Isn't it fabulous!

To say that I am obsessed with out Hoot shirts is an understament!  I LOVE THEM!!!

Penguin Point!!!

Today we had a very special visitor!  Her name was Laura the penguin!  It was really neat to get to have a real live penguin come to our school!  The kids loved watching her walk around and she even made some funny noises for us!
